To complete our team in Operations IS we are looking for an Information Systems Business Analyst for our critical computerized systems.

Responsibilities

The Information Systems Business Analyst plays a critical role in providing operational support and project support for the Amgen computerized systems: Siemens Desigo CC, Miniload (automated Storage and retrieval system from Vanderlande), and building monitoring systems (Grenco/SAIA/Johnson Controls), in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulated environment.

The Information Systems Business Analyst will manage roadmaps, create improvement projects, manage life-cycle management, vendor management and will interact with cross-functional teams, locally and globally.

The Information Systems Business Analyst ensures that procedures are followed and new systems are implemented in compliance with FDA/EMA and other regulatory requirements.

You will design and deploy new innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of our application environment.

And the Specialist IS Business System Analyst will liaise - Amgen local/Global - with customers, IT and engineering experts and vendors, in order to provide IT solutions for clients to ensure that regulatory (e.g. validation), business, functional and application specific requirements are met.

Qualifications Required

Minimum Bachelor degree.

Thorough knowledge and experience with environmental monitoring systems like Siemens Desigo CC.

Experience with Warehouse applications like Miniload from Vanderlande.

Experience with Building Monitoring systems.

10 years of Information Systems (IS) experience preferable within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, business analysis, decision-making skills, detail oriented and accurate.

Strong team player who is able to collaborate with colleagues on complex tasks and can provide leadership through influence to achieve desired results.

Demonstrated ability to organize, manage, and direct cross-functional teams to address and solve technical and business issues and management experience in all aspects of an information systems environment.

Skilled in working under pressure, must possess good time management skills.

Fluent in English (both verbal and written).

Able to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, including the ability to set managerial context for complex issues.

Knowledge and experience of ITIL fundamentals in service operations and Application life cycle processes and knowledge about S95 industry standards.
