Amgen Equipment Engineer in Breda, Netherlands

As Equipment Engineer secondary packaging you are responsible for delivering and implementing new products, new 2nd packaging technology and cold chain activities within Amgen Breda organization. You will implement and commission new technology for commercial release and new products prior to market release.

In this position you will have an active involvement in process development (LEAN). You will be involved in new product and technology introduction. You will be leading the technical development, implementation and commissioning efforts associated with new product or technology introductions. You will be educated on and will deliver against the highest industry standards and you will be part of a young and talented team.


Bachelor or Master Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering field or equivalent.

Typically 5-7 years of related professional experience.

Experience in project management and managing different stakeholder's relations.

Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication.

Experience with working within a regulated environment.

Knowledge of factory automation hardware and software, specifically: PLC & Controllers, Vision Inspection Systems.

A related industry experience in Manufacturing and/or Quality Assurance and knowledge of Good Distribution Practices/ Good Manufacturing Practices would be preferred.
